If Saints & Scholars, Inc. is not suited to your needs, we are providing additional resources for programming in the general Boston area. These programs are suited to teens who may have challenges requiring more substantial behavioral/social/emotional supports and focus on the arts or service opportunities.

Saints & Scholars, Inc. does not officially endorse any of these programs or resources. This is not an exhaustive list but rather a starting point to begin your search for meaningful opportunities. If you are an organization with a similar mission and would like to be added to our database, please reach out to us.

Please also check with your high school or college as they are often a wealth of information for programs and resources that focus on service learning, internships, career development, travel, post-graduation planning, support services, and gap year options.

3L Place

The Arc

Aspire Program

  • Year-round programs for almost all ages of people on the Autism spectrum

  • Offer summer camps, vacation camps, and even work-related support for adults.

Camp Wediko

  • Located on 450 lakefront acres in New Hampshire, The Wediko School is a residential treatment center offering therapeutic and educational services for middle and high school aged boys experiencing significant social-emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges.

Unified Sports

Ask your high school if they have a Unified Sports Program

  • In Unified Sports, teams are made up of people of similar age and ability.

  • Special Olympics is dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences. Unified Sports joins people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team.
